Market Research Specialist
:Uses statistical techniques to analyze market research data. Presents the results and recommendations to internal and/or external clients. Provides general statistical advice and assistance to Business Unit Managers by performing the following duties:

-Devise methods and procedures for obtaining the data they need by designing surveys to assess consumer preferences.
-
-Gather statistical data on competitors and examining prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution, and analyze data on past sales to predict future sales.
-
-Provide company with vital information to help them make decisions on the promotion, distribution, and design of products and services.
-
-Responsible for managing qualitative and quantitative primary market research projects for global new product development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business; one to three years experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to clearly articulate key business questions & determine the methodology best suited to meet those objectives. Must be able to travel and attend various trade shows on occasion and make site visits to end users and distributors. Experience with Adobe creative suite, Microsoft front office, Mac and Windows operating systems are required.
National Account Manager
Responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of the account specific business plan in the Auto Refinish Market; achieving account profitability and sales targets; serving as the primary account contact; providing account leadership. This individual is responsible for producing proactive action plans that increase brand awareness of GFS products in the market and creating strong lines of communication from the field to senior management by performing the following duties:

-Identify and develop key relationships at each national account to ensure a strategic partnership.
- -Develops proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, and implements contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.

-Develop and manage customer relationships with large national accounts and set the accounts’ overall strategic direction.

-Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and requirements in order to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university in sales or related field, with five- eight years minimum experience and/or training managing national customers; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral/written communication skills, strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and customer service skill are required. Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives internally and with customers is required.
Mechanical Engineer
Applicant must have experience in calculating air flow, heat balance, and energy consumption. Knowledge of AutoCAD and code compliance will be beneficial. Will work with other engineers and drafting department to design the ventilation systems of paint spray booths, ovens and other related equipment used in the paint finishing industry. Will be involved in product research and development. This position will also involve project management opportunities and will require occasional travel. Will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects including: design support; participation in customer and owner coordination meetings; production review; mechanical systems selection; project financials such as contract negotiations, budget, accounts receivable, costing and change orders; project scheduling; and production review. Experience laying out mechanical design drawings for utilization in building projects and HVAC engineering is required. B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of design experience and project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project Management Intern
Named individual will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers with setting up project meetings internally, reproducing and sending out drawings, updating project schedules and facilitating a work in process weekly meeting, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, and project submittals. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. A student in the Construction Management program is desired.
