Automotive/Truck Refinish ATP - AutoTruckPro Truck/Large Vehicle Downdraft Booths
The AutoTruckPro paint booths (ATP) are designed to provide a superior painting environment for trucks, vans, and other larger vehicles as well as smaller cars and light trucks.
Available in both single-skin and dual-skin cabin designs, the ATP is perfect for shops looking for an high-efficiency all-in-one paint booth for a multitude of vehicle types and sizes.
Ultra ATP Dual-Skin Cabin
Concept ATP - Single-Skin Cabin
A look inside Ultra ATP:
• 12 high-efficiency 6-tube light fixtures
- 8 lights integrated into CAF Ceiling, 4 sidewall lights
• Dual-skin white pre-coated insulated panel construction
• 4-wing dual-skin insulated entry doors with drive-thru options
• Single-row exhaust pit standard, with three-row or raised basement options
Ultra ATP's 'CAF' Controlled Air Flow ceiling:
Shown with optional AdvanceCure towers (not included)
A design available only from GFS, the Controlled Air Flow ceiling is designed to improve the already efficient downdraft model. The main flow zone concentrates air movement over the vehicle, drawing overspray down into the exhaust pit where it is safely contained. The unique side airflow zones keep overspray from collecting in the booth corners and on the lights, and help keep the booth clean and contaminant-free.
A look inside Concept ATP:
Hip-Light T-bar construction ceiling:
This classic downdraft ceiling design is simple in its construction and concept, and yields impressive performance. The full-filtered ceiling provides excellent air filtration and contaminant control, and the integrated hip-style ceiling lights provide excellent illumination inside the cabin.
• 12 high-efficiency 4-tube light fixtures
- 8 lights integrated into hip-light ceiling and 4 sidewall lights
• Dual-skin white pre-coated insulated panel construction
• 3-wing dual-skin insulated entry doors with drive-thru options
• Single-row exhaust pit standard, with three-row or raised basement options
Ultra ATP SBC Plus 1 Control Panel:
The nerve center of the Ultra ATP, the SBC Plus 1 control panel provides complete control over every aspect of the booth's operation. Each setting can be fine tuned for custom work, or use pre-programmed SmartCure profiles to create one-touch operating cycles for your specific paints and coatings.
Ultra Heater:
The powerful Ultra heat group features a 1.2 million BTU burner, and 10hp high-efficiency direct-drive motors and automatice pressure control via exhaust-mounted Variable Frequency Drive

Optional AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System:
AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System is optional on the Ultra. Adding AdvanceCure to the interior of the booth vastly improves the productivity of the equipment. AdvanceCure introduces controlled turbulence into the paint booth during the flash-off and cure cycles to rapidly draw vapors out of the painted surfaces. This increased airflow dramatically reduces the amount of time required for each paint job, and in turn, increases the profitability of your body shop. AdvanceCure speeds curing of both solvent-based and waterborne paints, so you can be sure that your finishing operation will improve today, and well into the future.
Optional Equipment:
- Drive-thru configurations
- AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System
- 6-tube corner light fixtures
- Twin VFD Variable Frequency Drive package for automatic pressure control, Economy Mode function, and soft-start energy saver
