Performer XP1

fully-loaded, quality PAINT BOOTH

The Performer XP1 Paint Booth from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) is the fully loaded version of GFS’ affordable, automotive paint booth line. With added features such as an integrated AdvanceCure® System, two-row pit, best-in-class heater and LOGIC 3 control panel, the Performer XP1 spray booth takes the standard paint booth to a new level.

Features

Airflow

Performer XP1 Paint Booths come standard with GFS’ High Performance Airflow Ceiling and downdraft airflow. The full-filtered ceiling provides excellent air filtration and contamination control. The Performer XP1 also includes the integrated AdvanceCure Blade® System, which uses turbulent airflow to cut cure times in half, saving energy.

Lighting

Performer XP1 spray booths feature six-tube sidewall light fixtures and hip-style light fixtures. All GFS light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed, and come complete with T8 ballasts and energy-efficient LED lamps.

Construction

Manufactured at our U.S. facility, Performer XP1 spray booths are made with dual-skin, insulated, galvanized steel panels that are coated on both sides with a white, baked-on polyester topcoat, creating a rust-resistant cabin. Vertical wall panels reduce the number of joints and seams in the cabin’s construction, leaving you with a stronger, longer-lasting booth with a smooth fit and finish.

Heater

The Performer XP1 Paint Booth comes standard with an upgraded version of GFS’ top-of-the-line heat system, the GUL2000 air heater. Features such as exhaust-mounted VFD, direct-drive exhaust motor and direct-fired aluminum burner make this heat unit highly efficient.

Doors

Three-wing entry door comes standard on the Performer XP1 Paint Booth with three observation windows, as well as a personnel door with an observation window. Doors feature heavy-duty hinges for long-lasting performance.

Controls

Designed with everything you need to control your spray booth, the LOGIC 3 control panel is an impressive yet simple control system. Users have the majority of the same user-programmable features as the LOGIC 4, but on a smaller, more simplified user interface.
