Powder Non-Recovery Booths from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) are cost-effective finishing environments for small batch powder coating applications. Featuring a primary and redundant filtration system, GFS Powder Non-Recovery Booths capture high volumes of powder overspray. The open-front design saves floor space and allows for easy transportation in and out of the powder booth.

Features

Heavy-Duty Panels

GFS Non-Recovery Powder Coating Booths are constructed with 18-gauge galvanized steel panels. The smooth interior allows for easy maintenance.

Filtration

A primary filtration system with full set of filters, grids and manometers for filter maintenance include GFS Wave® roll filter media and panel filters. Redundant filters are MERV 14 rated.

Fans & Motors

GFS Powder Non-Recovery Coating Booths include a high-performance, direct-drive plug fan with TEFC motor.

Easy Filter Replacement

Each GFS Non-Recovery Powder Coating Booth comes complete with a full set of filters. Installing and replacing filters is easy with the grid system. An included manometer indicates when filters need to be replaced.

Lighting

GFS Non-Recovery Powder Coating Booths feature integrated four-tube, inside-access light fixtures. All GFS light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listed and come complete with energy-efficient LED lamps.

Construction

Pre-punched booth panels and nut-and-bolt assembly take the guesswork out of installing a GFS Non-Recovery Powder Booth and provide more structural integrity.
