NON-RECOVERY powder BOOTH

For Small BATCH Powder coating Applications

Global Finishing Solutions’ (GFS) Non-Recovery Powder Booth is a cost-effective, high-performance solution for small batch powder applications. The three-stage filtration system captures high volumes of powder dust. An open face design saves floor space and allows for easy transportation in and out of the booth.

Features

Heavy-Duty Panels

GFS Non-Recovery Powder Coating Booths are constructed with single-skin, 18-gauge, G-90 galvanized steel.

Three-Stage Filtration

A key feature of GFS’ Non-Recovery Powder Booth is the high-performance, three-stage filtration system. This system is highly effective at capturing high volumes of powder dust, with up to 99.9 percent filter efficiency at 5 micron. Powder dust is filtered out of the exhausted air through roll media, panel filters and six-pocket bag filters.

Fans & Motors

GFS Non-Recovery Powder Coating Booths include a heavy-duty, high-capacity, low-noise plug fan (rated at 1.5-inch static pressure).

Easy Filter Replacement

Each powder booth comes complete with a full set of filters. Installing and replacing filters is easy with the grid system. An included manometer indicates when filters need to be replaced.

Lighting

GFS Non-Recovery Powder Coating Booths feature integrated four-tube, inside-access fluorescent light fixtures. GFS light fixtures are ETL listed (Class 1 Division 2) and come complete with T8 ballasts and color-corrected tubes.

Construction

Pre-punched booth panels and nut-and-bolt assembly take the guesswork out of installing a GFS Non-Recovery Powder Booth and provide more structural integrity.

Booth options
