GFS welcomed 117 industrial sales distributors to our headquarters in Osseo, WI last week for training on products and new sales tools, as well as networking and group discussions.
Our industrial distributor network spans across North America and serves customers in multiple industries, including medium and large trucks and equipment, agriculture, marine, rail and transit, woodworking and more. With a diverse customer base and expansive product line, our industrial distributors excel at providing each customer with equipment, service or a complete finishing solution to meet their needs and improve their business.
Kicking off the training event on Tuesday, July 11, our distributors were warmly welcomed to the Chippewa River Distillery and Brewster Bros. Brewing Co. in Chippewa Falls, WI with locally made drinks and food provided by Fire Truck Pizza.
On Wednesday morning, the industrial distributors started off their morning with a tour of our facility, including the manufacturing shop, office building and Center for Excellence. They learned about GFS’ vast history and growth, including the recent addition of the Center for Excellence, with its R&D area and training center.
Following the tours, our distributors spent the afternoon in breakout sessions covering product training and new sales tools for GFS’ evolving product lines.
After a full day of tours and training, the industrial distributors were invited to the Condensery in Osseo, WI for drinks and dinner provided by Smith Brother Meats & Catering. The distributor meeting concluded at the GFS headquarters the following morning with training and discussions on marketing materials and campaigns, parts and filters, and technical support.
