Accidental Death & Dismemberment
$50,000 in basic life and AD&D insurance is paid to all full-time employees. May apply for up to $500,000 in voluntary life and AD&D insurance.
GFS offers competitive salaries, impressive profit sharing and incentive compensation plans, and paid time off. Salaries are reviewed annually, and reflect the employee’s experience and performance, as well as market value.
Depending on the profitability of the company, GFS may contribute between three and 10 percent, of eligible compensation into your 401(k).
Paid Holidays & PTO
Up to six weeks of PTO (dependent upon position and years of service) and eight paid holidays per year
Incentive Compensation Plan
Based on the company’s performance, a cash bonus through the Incentive Compensation Plan may be paid to all employees, up to 300 percent.
GFS will match half of the first four percent that you contribute to your 401(k) plan, up to two percent. In addition, annual Profit Sharing, if applicable, is contributed to employee 401(k) plans.

The Territory Support Rep is responsible for assisting a defined group of distributors, territory managers, and estimators with sales, estimating, and product and project support of GFS industrial products for North America.
The Construction Package Developer is responsible for organizing and creating construction documentation for all GFS projects including mechanical, piping, electrical, controls, and HVAC elements of our projects.
The Drafter/Designer translates the ideas, rough sketches, and specifications from the customer/sales personnel and Engineering team into general production and installation prints and bills of materials which are used in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of company products.

Assembler II (1st Shift)
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for packing products by operating multiple shop tools including drills, radial arm saws, nail guns, and various air powered tools according to specified safety requirements.
