GFS offers competitive salaries, impressive profit sharing and incentive compensation plans, and paid time off. Salaries are reviewed annually, and reflect the employee’s experience and performance, as well as market value.
Depending on the profitability of the company, GFS may contribute between three and 10 percent, of eligible compensation into your 401(k).
Paid Holidays & PTO
Eight paid holidays and up to six weeks of PTO (dependent upon position and years of service) per year.
Incentive Compensation Plan
Based on the company’s performance, a cash bonus through the Incentive Compensation Plan may be paid to all employees, up to 300 percent.
GFS will match half of the first four percent that you contribute to your 401(k) plan, up to two percent. In addition, annual Profit Sharing, if applicable, is contributed to employee 401(k) plans.

Global Finishing Solutions is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to provide ongoing development, implementation, integrity, and effectiveness of safety, health, and environmental functions at our facility. This position will work closely with staff at all levels to sustain a safe working environment and develop a culture committed to safety as a value to motivate personal behavior – resulting in injury-free and environmentally conscious performance. Must be a skilled hands-on leader capable of inspiring and motivating all levels of management, employees, field personnel, and subcontractors.
The Project Management Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Project Management team to achieve growth, quality, and financial objectives of GFS. The role has 7-10 direct reports working on projects of small to large scope and will determine actions needed within the team to execute strategy to ensure successful project completion.
Global Finishing Solutions is hiring for a Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team. The machine operator I is responsible for assisting in running various production machines CNC brake press and turret machines. In this role, the machine operator I will read blueprints while maintaining quality standards.
The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating all PM contract obligations to our customers. Obligations include, but not limited to, managing monthly filter orders and deliveries, onboarding new customers and equipment, coordination of PM site visits, customer follow up pre/post service visit.
