Enclosures that are typically used for housing paint booths, powder booths and application equipment for aerospace and industrial painting, Environmental Rooms from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) separate the finishing equipment from the rest of the facility. Featuring high-efficiency air filtration and recirculation, GFS Environmental Rooms are engineered for excellent climate and contamination control, enabling businesses to meet coating specifications within a smaller, more easily controlled environment.
Air entering GFS Environmental Rooms passes through a highly effective filtration system. The filtered air plenum provides evenly distributed air at a low velocity. A recirculation system moves clean air through the room, while helping to maintain a consistent, comfortable working temperature. Additional temperature and humidity control systems can be added for precise climate control.
GFS Environmental Rooms feature a positive pressure, which prevents contaminants from entering. For additional contamination control, the intake filtration system removes high concentrations of contaminants. This allows for better quality paint finishes with reduced defects and less rework.
GFS Environmental Rooms effectively separate the finishing environment from the rest of the facility. By conditioning the air within the Environmental Room, as opposed to the entire facility, businesses can save a significant amount of energy.
