Superior Performance for Your Powder Coating Application

With high-efficiency filtration, fan and motor, the GFS Powder Collection Module delivers superior performance for your powder coating application. A narrow footprint saves valuable floor space. Modules can be sold separately or integrated into a GFS Powder Recovery Booth.

Features

More Versatile

GFS Powder Collection Modules are available in four CFM ranges (6000, 8000, 10000 and 12,000) and with rear- or top-mounted motors.

Easy Filter Replacement

The unique twist-lock filter loading mechanism makes it easy to replace dirty filters, and provides a positive seal to minimize potential powder leakage.

Space-Saving Design

Cartridge filters are staggered in two rows, reducing the overall width of the Powder Collection Module.

Adjustable Load-Triggered Filter Pulsing

Air pulse valves with shower head type nozzles increase cleaning efficiency. A solenoid pulse controller pulses filters independently to extend filter life.

Better Filtration

GFS Powder Collection Modules feature high-efficiency, 12-by-53-inch cartridge filters with MERV 12 rating and MERV 13 rated final filters, with the option for HEPA final filters.

Quieter Operation

A high-efficiency, direct-drive plug fan with rear- or top-mounted TEFC motor.
