On large projects, Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) assigns a dedicated project manager to follow your project through from start to finish. Your primary contact once the sale is complete, the project manager works with a cross-functional team to ensure the end result of your GFS equipment meets your expectations.
GFS project managers strive to:
Ensure customer expectations are met by providing the equipment they need, when they need it
Provide a quality product with long-lasting, reliable performance
Provide exceptional customer service and build great customer relationships
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:
Visiting customer job sites with building officials, as necessary
Generating and managing project timelines
Coordinating project requirements with GFS design, engineering and technical services departments
Coordinating with general contractors or architecture and engineering firms on building design and layout
Sourcing outside consultants, subcontractors and special vendors, as necessary
Maintaining quality and scope expectations
Working with customer to complete documentation required for project closeout
