GFS, along with our extensive network of qualified distributors all over North America, offer a variety of Service & Preventative Maintenance Programs to take the hassle out of maintaining your finishing equipment and ensure it continues to operate in peak condition for years to come. We offer a variety of programs that may include:

  • Quarterly and annual site visits
  • Filter and part replacement
  • Booth cleaning
  • Just-in-time filter replenishment

To ensure the fastest service possible, please provide as much information as possible to our technical support representatives. Model numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, sales order numbers, purchase order numbers and drawing numbers can be helpful.

Undelivered parts or other shipment issues
All goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization form. Contact GFS to request the form.
Goods are subject to a 30 percent handling charge.
Special non-stock items are accepted only with the approval of our suppliers and are subject to additional handling and restocking charges.
Critical operational parts for production and customer safety will be shipped overnight when possible.

GFS includes an electronic copy of the Operation & Maintenance manual with each job. You may purchase additional electronic or printed manuals by contacting Technical Support.
