To ensure the fastest service possible, please provide as much information as possible to our technical support representatives. Model numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, sales order numbers, purchase order numbers and drawing numbers can be helpful.

Undelivered parts or other shipment issues
All goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization form. Contact GFS to request the form.
Goods are subject to a 30 percent handling charge.
Special non-stock items are accepted only with the approval of our suppliers and are subject to additional handling and restocking charges.
Critical operational parts for production and customer safety will be shipped overnight when possible.
Operation and Maintenance Manuals
GFS includes an electronic copy of the Operation & Maintenance manual with each job. You may purchase additional electronic or printed manuals by contacting Technical Support.
