With high-efficiency filtration, fan and motor, Powder Collection Modules from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) deliver superior performance for your powder coating application. A space-saving design features cartridge filters staggered in two rows, reducing the overall width of the module. With models available in four CFM ranges and two exhaust orientations, GFS Powder Collection Modules can accommodate various production levels and shop space restrictions. Modules can be sold separately or integrated into a GFS Powder Recovery Booth.

Heavy-Duty PanelsGFS Powder Collection Modules are constructed with 18-gauge galvanized steel panels. The smooth interior allows for easy maintenance.
Easy Filter ReplacementA unique twist-lock filter loading mechanism in GFS Powder Collection Modules makes it easy to replace dirty filters, in addition to providing a positive seal to minimize potential powder leakage.
Space-Saving DesignCartridge filters in GFS Powder Collection Modules are staggered in two rows, reducing the overall width of the unit.
Adjustable Load-Triggered Filter PulsingAir pulse valves with shower head-type nozzles increase cleaning efficiency in GFS Powder Collection Modules. A solenoid pulse controller pulses filters independently to extend filter life.
FiltrationGFS Powder Collection Modules feature high-efficiency, MERV 12-rated cartridge filters and MERV 13-rated redundant filters for better filtration.
Fans & MotorsGFS Powder Collection Modules feature a high-efficiency, direct-drive plug fan with TEFC motor.

GFS Powder Collection Modules can be customized to meet your unique specifications. The following options can be added:

Fluidized bed or collection drawers for easy cleanup and powder recovery
HEPA filters

GFS products are designed and manufactured to meet the applicable requirements of various industry-recognized codes and standards.

  • Reference NFPA 33 and Chapter 24 of the International Fire Code (IFC) for spray applications using flammable and combustible materials
  • Reference NFPA 86 and Chapter 30 of the IFC for curing and drying applications
  • Many components and product lines are ETL and ETL-C listed. The ETL or ETL-C mark is proof of compliance with North American safety standards, including UL, NFPA, OSHA and more
  • A UL or CUL listing verifies that Underwriters Laboratories has tested GFS’ product and determined that it meets their stringent safety and performance requirements
