Precise EngineeringPrecision engineered and manufactured of heavy-duty materials, GFS Industrial Pretreatment Washers are built to last. The tanks on GFS Pretreatment Washers are double-welded — both on the inside and outside — to prevent leaks.
Easy InstallationThe modular design of GFS Industrial Pretreatment Washers allows for easier, quicker installation, so you can begin using your equipment sooner. Many GFS Pretreatment Washers are preassembled at our manufacturing facility in Osseo, Wisconsin, to ensure proper fit and function, which also shortens installation time.
CustomizationGFS is experienced at designing and building high-quality washers that are custom engineered to meet a business’ needs. GFS Industrial Pretreatment Washers can be designed as a spray or immersion environment — or as a combination of both.
Multi-Stage WashersThe number of stages and the design of GFS Industrial Pretreatment Washers are dependent upon the complexity and finish specifications of the parts. A typical multi-stage washer includes a chemical cleaning stage, followed by water and seal rinse stages. Complex multi-stage washers may also include phosphate stages, additional rinse stages and reverse osmosis or surfactant final rinse stages.
Adjustable NozzlesGFS Industrial Pretreatment Washers feature clip-on nozzles, which can be easily removed for cleaning, allowing for hassle-free maintenance. Since each nozzle can be adjusted, you can precisely aim it at the desired part or product in the washer.
