But Lowes and his partners did not want this VIP car experience to end at the sale. They had a vision of creating a full-service, relationship-building business that would allow their customers to have precise collision repair and detail work done — after the initial purchase at the dealership — by certified Mercedes-Benz professionals. Expanding the business to add a high-end collision center completed that vision.

Jerry Castellano, Pinnacle’s collision operations manager, has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and an exceptional passion for his clients and staff. Castellano hand-picked his team from around the world, and his team members have even traveled to Germany to be certified at the Mercedes-Benz headquarters.

Castellano attributes the ongoing relationship with GFS to his equipment distributors, Dean Marino and Nealon Cwik from Dormer Finishing Systems:
