Typically used in batch and low/medium production applications, this dust collection booth features an open-face design, 3-stage filtration system and a high-capacity, low-noise recirculation fan for maintaining a high-performance application environment.
GFS Sanding Booths are constructed with single-skin, 18-gauge, G-90 galvanized steel.
Easy Filter Replacement
Each Sanding Booth comes complete with a full set of filters. Installing and replacing filters is easy with the grid system. An included manometer indicates when filters need to be replaced.
Pre-punched booth panels and nut-and-bolt assembly on Sanding Booths takes the guesswork out of installation and provides more structural integrity.
Each GFS Sanding Booth features energy-efficient, inside access, T8 light fixture(s).
Three-Stage Filtration System
Featured in GFS’ Sanding Booths, the three-stage filtration system is highly effective at capturing high volumes of dust (with up to 99.9 percent filter efficiency at 5 microns). The first stage includes roll media filtration, the second stage includes panel filters and the final stage includes six-pocket bag filters.
Fans & Motors
GFS Sanding Booths include a heavy-duty, high-capacity, low-noise plug fan (rated at 1.5 in. static pressure) that recirculates clean air.
GFS Sanding Booths can be customized to meet your unique specifications. The following options can be added to a Sanding Booth:

Whether you are looking to purchase a new paint booth or have a current booth without an air replacement system, it is important to understand how the air that is exhausted from your paint booth is or will be replaced.
To achieve high-quality powder coating finishes, JAS Powder Coating reached out to Dietz Supply Company to supply new finishing equipment for both of their locations. In 2017, the Edgewater location was equipped with a new 40-foot-long pass-through oven and spray booth dust collectors, and in 2018, the Fort Lauderdale location was upgraded with a 34-foot-long Batch Process Oven.
While curtains are more affordable than doors and may offer more flexibility for product entry, they do not provide the level of protection from contaminants that is needed for the best possible finish. In this post, we will examine the differences between curtains and filtered doors on an open front paint booth.
