The following features come standard on GFS Open Face Spray Booths:

The most cost-effective airflow style, cross draft airflow offers reliable performance at an affordable price point. Since there is no pit to dig, cross draft spray booths are also easier to integrate into existing facilities. In Open Face Paint Booths, unfiltered air enters at the front of the booth. From there, air flows horizontally through the booth, flowing over the product and into a filter bank in the booth rear.
GFS Open Face Spray Booths come complete with a full set of 20-by-20-inch GFS Wave exhaust filters. Installing and replacing filters is easy with the grid system; you can avoid waste and save cost by replacing only the filter squares that need changing. An included manometer indicates when filters need to be replaced.
Open Face Paint Booths from Global Finishing Solutions feature integrated four-tube, inside-access light fixtures for great visibility of your products and easy lamp replacement. GFS light fixtures are Class I, Division 2 ETL/ETL-C listed and come complete with T8 ballasts and energy-efficient LED lamps.
High-powered fans and motors create adequate airflow through the paint booth, creating a cleaner environment for a better paint job. Each Open Face Paint Booth includes a non-sparking, tube axial exhaust fan with belt guards and duct connector ring, and a three-phase, TEFC, tri-voltage motor(s) with variable pitch pulley.
To ensure the safety of painters and equipment, a manometer and air solenoid valve are included with all Open Face Paint Booths to maintain an optimal working environment inside the booth. Manometers monitor overspray buildup on exhaust filters, while air solenoid valves prevent spraying in the booth when fans are off or a door is open.
GFS Open Face Spray Booths are constructed from high-quality, 18-gauge, G90 galvanized sheet steel. Quality components — including precision-punched panels with sturdy nut-and-bolt assembly — confirm longevity, safety and excellent structural integrity.

GFS paint booths can be customized to meet your unique specifications. The following standard options can be added to an Open Face Paint Booth:

Open Face Paint Booths FAQs

Our open-front paint booths are cost-effective solutions well suited to a variety of tasks. The open-face design reduces the unit’s footprint, giving smaller shops more operating room. Open booths also allow workers to easily move parts and products in and out for maximum efficiency.

These paint booths have cross draft airflow, meaning unfiltered air enters the front of the booth and flows horizontally, ultimately reaching a filter bank in the booth’s rear. This model provides reliable performance at an affordable price point. It’s also easier to integrate into existing facilities since you don’t have to dig a pit for installation.

Your open-face booth will come with a full set of GFS Wave exhaust filters. These filters have a convoluted ā€œwaveā€ design to increase their surface area and deliver a 99.94 percent removal rating. A grid-based design also expedites filter changes, allowing you to change only the filters you need to.

Global Finishing Solutions offers more than 260 prefabricated models of Open Face Paint Booths, and our engineering team can custom-design a paint booth to your specifications.

All Global Finishing Solutions paint booths come equipped with standard safety features. The included manometer monitors overspray build-up on exhaust filters, and air solenoid valves prevent spray when the fans are off or a door is open. LED lights ensure workers can clearly see what they’re painting.Ā

All GFS products also meet or exceed industry safety standards established by organizations including the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the International Code Council (ICC). GFS engineers actively participate in writing national safety guidelines, and we ensure all products are safe for regular use.
