Cure Two Panels & Different Substrates
With the dual-cassette REVO Rapid, you can quickly cure filler and coatings on two different vehicles or panels at the same time. The REVO Rapid OR2 and MC2 have sensors on each cassette, and each cassette can be individually controlled. This allows you to safely and efficiently cure coatings on two different substrates, such as a plastic bumper and a steel door, simultaneously.
Increased Paint Shop ThroughputREVO Accelerated Curing Systems allow you to do more high-quality repairs in less time. The REVO Rapid cures primer more than 20 minutes faster than traditional heat lamps, enabling shops to put through one additional car per day. Since curing time for both prep and paint phases of repair can be reduced by hours, technicians are free to complete additional repairs, improving your shop’s bottom line. Plus, the REVO Rapid easily installs within existing shop footprints and uses significantly less energy.
Quick Heating & Cooling TimesA redesigned cassette on the REVO Rapid enables better cooling inside the cassette and easier maintenance on the lamps. Lamps on the REVO Rapid reach curing temperature almost instantly, and built-in fans cool the unit in seconds. The system can be turned on only when needed and is safe to touch shortly after being turned off.
Easy-to-Operate ControlsSimple-to-operate, high-tech controls make consistent, high-quality results easy. Controls on the REVO Rapid are more durable and are easy to clean from overspray. Select from seven preset programs and five customizable programs for all the filler and coatings your shop uses. Sensors on the REVO Rapid detect temperature and distance to achieve the perfect cure.

Transforming Collision Repair with Infrared Curing Technology

REVO Accelerated Curing Systems use short wave electric infrared technology, which provides significant throughput gains, energy cost savings and quality improvements.

With REVO Systems, curing time for both prep and paint phases of repair can be reduced by hours, freeing your technicians to complete additional repairs. There is no need to add accelerators to speed curing time; the fast dry time and complete cure from electric infrared curing technology delivers high-quality results that reduce the need for rework.

Electric infrared energy costs are a fraction of the costs to run a conventional system. REVO Systems take just a fraction of a second to heat up and are ready to cure repairs immediately. Cool down is also very quick, so the systems can be turned on only when needed and are safe to handle shortly after shutdown.

REVO Systems deliver consistent, controlled heat in curing primer, sealer and paint. Temperature is precisely regulated by easy-to-operate controls. With short wave electric infrared curing technology, the drying energy is concentrated on only the panels needing repair and penetrates multiple layers of coatings to heat the substrate beneath.
