Description

Designed for drying, curing, baking or preheating, Batch Process Ovens from Global Finishing Solutions^® (GFS) feature excellent heat transfer technology in a compact design. The uni-flow air distribution system circulates heated air on both sides of the industrial oven for a balanced, uniform temperature throughout the oven, resulting in a quality finish for your products.

GFS manufactures our oven panels to ensure quality. Each oven panel is constructed of 20-gauge aluminized steel with 4 inches of 4-pound mineral wool batt for heat retention. Each oven panel has tongue-and-groove edges with 20-gauge slotted channels for precise assembly.

Batch Process Ovens from GFS come standard with a PLC-based control system that continuously monitors all systems for safety and function.

Support structure consists of 12-gauge formed steel with trouble-free bolt together assembly

Equipped for natural gas or propane

Top- or rear-mounted heat chamber

Standard temperature range is 300 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit

Gas supply pressure from 2 PSIG to 5 PSIG

To achieve high-quality powder coating finishes, JAS Powder Coating reached out to Dietz Supply Company to supply new finishing equipment for both of their locations. In 2017, the Edgewater location was equipped with a new 40-foot-long pass-through oven and spray booth dust collectors, and in 2018, the Fort Lauderdale location was upgraded with a 34-foot-long Batch Process Oven.
