The Ultra XD Paint Booth leads the industry in versatility and performance. With a choice of high-efficiency heat systems, intuitive control panels and downdraft or semi-downdraft airflow — along with superior lighting and contamination control — the Ultra XD will exceed any body shop’s expectations.

Ultra® XD Paint Booth Product Info

Airflow	Ultra XD Paint Booths come standard with GFS’ patented Controlled Airflow Ceiling, a full-width, filtered ceiling plenum. The Controlled Airflow Ceiling allows for even distribution of air throughout the booth, providing excellent air filtration and precise contamination control.
Lighting	Designed for optimal brightness, Ultra XD Booths feature four- or six-tube sidewall light fixtures and premium ceiling light fixtures. GFS light fixtures are ETL and ETL-C listable, and come complete with T8 ballasts and LED lamps.
Doors	A three- or four-wing, dual-skin, classic product door and one personnel door come standard on Ultra XD Booths. Doors feature heavy-duty hinges for long-lasting performance.
Energy Savings	Shops can save up to 60 percent in electricity and 75 percent in fuel costs with economy mode, which automatically ramps the booth down and runs on idle when the booth is not in use. Providing further energy savings, SmartFlash on LOGIC controls allows up to 90 percent of the air to be recirculated during flash mode.
Controls	The Ultra XD Paint Booth comes standard with an easy-to-use LOGIC 3 control panel, which is designed with everything you need to control your booth in a simple control system. Heater	Ultra XD Booths come standard with your choice of a BT1200 or GUL2000 heat system. The highly versatile BT1200 heater is available in both recirculating and forced dry models, with dual VFDs and automatic pressure control. Our premium heater, the GUL2000 includes features such as dual VFDs, direct-drive motors and an exclusive fan design for efficiency and reliability.
Construction	Manufactured at our U.S. facility, Ultra XD Booths are constructed with white pre-coated sheet steel that is coated with a baked-on polyester topcoat for a rust-resistant cabin. Vertical wall panels and dual-skin construction create a smooth fit and finish.
