Exclusive to Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) paint booths and finishing equipment, RollSeal Automated Doors eliminate the space needed for traditional swing or wing-style doors. RollSeal Doors are durable and low maintenance, providing an excellent seal at an affordable price.
With a unique, patented design, RollSeal’s triple-layered fabric door and airtight seal prevent overspray from escaping the booth and keep contaminants out of your paint jobs. RollSeal Doors operate at the press of a button, with the ability to adjust the door operation speeds. Air is not disturbed during operation, keeping dirt and dust out of the booth.

Easy Installation | All RollSeal Doors come complete with heavy-duty mounting tracks and a horizontal header with the roll-up door pre-installed. The door system can be installed easily at the entrance or exit of your paint booth. Simply assemble the tracks and header, attach the frame to the booth and mount the controller. RollSeal Doors require less structural support than metal roll-up doors and have minimal failure points to decrease maintenance. |
Customized Solutions | RollSeal can custom design a door using your parameters and drawings, providing a solution for openings up to 24 feet wide and 24 feet high. In addition to product entrance and exit, RollSeal Automated Door Systems can be used in sideload booth systems to control contamination and airflow between bays. |
High-Quality Construction | RollSeal’s triple-layered fabric with air between layers helps to maintain the desired heat levels inside the booth, meeting cure temperature requirements. With fewer moving parts than traditional roll-up doors, less time and money is spent replacing rollers, tracks, panels and hinges. RollSeal’s fabric doors are impact resistant; however, if they are punctured or damaged, they can be easily repaired or replaced at a fraction of the cost of a metal roll-up door. |

Surface preparation is an essential, yet often overlooked part of the powder coating application process. Powder application requires a clean surface for powder to adhere properly. By cleaning and prepping metal products before they are powder coated, your coating better bonds to the substrate and can withstand exterior weathering. GFS offers a complete line of surface preparation equipment for sanding, grinding, blasting and washing — including Dust Collection Booths, Blast Booths, Pretreatment Washers and Wash Booths.
Precision engineered for excellent performance and efficiency, Batch Powder Coating Booths from GFS enable businesses to produce more high-quality powder coating finishes in batch applications. Choose from two booth models with multiple size and feature options to meet your production, budget and floor space requirements.
Following powder application, the part or product must be heated to a specific temperature for a set amount of time to ensure the coating is properly cured. Proper curing ensures a durable powder coating finish and a fully developed color. Designed for small- to medium-sized batch powder coating applications, Batch Powder Ovens from GFS deliver consistent, high-quality finishes. Available in a range of pre-engineered sizes and options, GFS Batch Powder Ovens are designed to meet your budget and lead time expectations, without compromising on quality.
